How to make a booking request.

  1. Download and Install the Kavava App:
    Download the Kavava app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
    Install the app on your smartphone.
  2. Sign Up/Login:
    Open the app and sign up for a new account if you haven’t already.
    If you already have an account, log in using your username and password.
  3. Select State – Select City – select Search
  4. Browse Listings: Browse through the available listings that match your criteria.
    Filter the results based on date, acres, discount, services, species, etc.
  5. Select Listing: Click on a listing that meets your needs to view more details. Read the description, check property photos, pricing amenities, property rules, DNR information, Q&A, etc.
  6. Check Availability: Fill in number of visitors, select desired date.
  7. Choose Additional Packages: Select the additional “package options” you want to include in your booking. These may have separate prices or be bundled with the main service. Select rental if any.
  8. Review Booking Details: Review all the details of your booking, including the main service, selected package options, rental service, total price, any extra fees, and the cancellation policy.
  9. Reserve Booking: If everything looks good, confirm your booking by clicking on the “Reserve Booking” button.
  10. Follow three step book process

    Step 2 Review Booking Summary
    Step 3 Enter Payment information
  11. Payment: Make a payment for your booking, including any additional services you’ve selected. Enter your payment details securely through the app.
  12. Receive Confirmation: Once the booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message within the app. You may also receive an email confirmation.
  13. Contact Host/Provider (if necessary): If you have any specific requests or questions regarding your booking or the additional services, you can contact the host/provider through the Q&A system.
  14. Prepare for Your Booking: Make any necessary preparations for your trip, such as arranging transportation or packing your bags.
